Music: Creation + Music Soundwaves = Endless Possibility
Music greatly effects my mood which in turn has an effect on my work. What about you guys? What kind of music effects you, in what way and how does it influence your work? When I really want to get creative I take smoke breaks [not talkin' cigs], and listen to reggae/chillstep and lofi music sometimes roarin' 20's radio, Frank Sinatra mix to get me pumped about writing, isn't that a little strange? Yeah i'm a special breed.
If you have a set day scheduled to blog, to work on social media profiles and growth, and days to produce and edit videos, what kind of playlists are you rocking for those days? See if switching up the music can inspire some new ideas!
Music is greatly complimentary when we're speaking about art in general. If you're making videos; what's your intro/outro music theme? what's your playlist for creating new content and what's the song on your blog? do you even have one? is that right for your niche?
Your Workspace: Designing Your Safehaven
What I did to create a space for me to do videos and design content in peace and remaining happy while I do it, was I went to the dollar general and bought these cute pineapple lights.
Then I re-used an old birthday decoration from my son's first birthday party which, (I designed too by the way). It was what looked like a net you'd cast out into the sea to catch either fish or crabs, and a huge mandala tapestry.
You can decorate your space however you want. Sometimes even checking the app or website: Pinterest, you can gain a better perspective and insight on how you want to design your area. Then try to remember what we talked about in last week's Facebook Live video about picking your brand colors wisely, and rocking them on video.
When trying to organize your workload or what you want to accomplish for the day-week-month-year, sometimes more often than not you have to get a little creative, hence the need for this topic.
Creating a color coated sectioned planner to preview your week as a whole, and decipher what needs to be done when, where, using what apps/software, along with potential new partners/connections and meetings.
Google's products allow for you to choose different collaboration email partners to work on whichever projects you assign them too and also keep track as they update their progress all online with ease. I used to do this often and learned the very technique for a guy I used to work for, an online appointment setter job.
